The training seminar was held within the framework of «Promotion to new markets support project" on behalf of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan.
KAIZEN PHILOSOPHY / LEAN PRODUCTION guidelines. One of the principles of the philosophy is the involvement of not only managers, but also all employees of the enterprise in the work process.
The main topics of the seminar:
5 Sigma - "5S" - is an abbreviation of the first letters of the five Japanese words "Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke". With the 5S tool, we strive to maintain the ideal state needed to identify the costs of muda in the workplace and in work processes. In this lecture, we explored the content of the 5S concept, its beneficial effect and the methods of implementation, which is the foundation of the workplace in production.
"Kaizen" = cost reduction through the absolute elimination of the costs of "muda" (which means waste in Japanese, any activity that consumes resources but does not create value for the customer) in order to understand what steps to take to eliminate these costs.
«Designing Fiber Optic Cables using new technologies».
«Production of Spider Web Tape (SWR)» and «Wrapping Tube Cable (WTC)», the demand for which is increasing in Europe and the USA due to the development of new technologies and, as a result, increased data traffic.
We would like to thank our colleagues from Japan for organizing and improving our skills!
